Our free annual Staff Experience in the NHS Conference will explore how organisations can create the conditions for staff and services to thrive.

Topics being explored include:

•   Turning policy into action by applying the NHS Staff Standards to deliver meaningful and sustainable improvements in staff experience.
•   Creating the conditions for wellbeing by understanding how leadership, work design and organisational culture shape staff experience.
•   Innovating staff experience by using staff feedback, workforce insights, AI and learning from NHS organisations.

Our conference software platform, Airmeet, will provide opportunities for networking, sharing good practice and discussing workplace challenges with others. While our series of afternoon workshops will allow you to collaborate with and hear from peers across the staff experience space.
