This is a collaborative series where multidisciplinary teams across neighbourhood, acute and ICS footprint will come together and work through a series of workshops understand, plan and create the infrastructure and processes to move ophthalmology care closer to a home setting

We will have an application process for teams to be part of this work and then the events are closed and exclusive to them only.
