In this webinar, NHS Employers will be joined by representatives from the Home Office & NHS Business Services Authority (BSA) who will discuss employer’s sponsorship responsibilities while employing overseas staff.

The session will be chaired by Vickie Hage, programme lead for international and domestic workforce supply at NHS Employers. She will be joined by representatives from the Home Office, who will speak on the importance of maintaining sponsorship duties to support international recruitment, as well as speakers from NHS BSA to discuss how the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) can support in maintaining these responsibilities.

The agenda will include presentations from the Home Office and NHS BSA, as well as dedicated time for questions & answers.

Who should attend

This seminar is aimed at HR and international recruitment leads at NHS trusts, as well a Level 1 users and authorising officers of the Home Office Sponsorship Management System (SMS).

The event will not be recorded; however, questions & answers from the seminar will be posted on our website following the event.
