Our Quality Conference and Exhibition will bring together over 200 system leaders, quality improvement specialists and operational leads to explore how the upcoming Quality Strategy can achieve its ambitions through meaningful, locally led action across all parts of the NHS. Delegates will explore approaches to quality management at the provider, system and neighbourhood level, drawing on insights from leading practitioners and national figures.

In a context of rising demand and sustained pressure across health and care, leaders face the ongoing challenge of balancing immediate priorities with long term transformation. Attendees will hear about the practical tools and strategic approaches that will enable them to balance these two different ambitions.

The conference will showcase practical examples of managing and improving quality, including provider- and system-level Quality Management Systems in action.
