This workshop will cover the topics of barring and an employer's legal duty to make referrals to the DBS.

The workshop is suitable for anyone based in the NHS who has responsibility for engaging with DBS processes and legislation within their organisation including those who decide on levels of checks to be applied for, carry out recruitment or manage staff in regulated activity or have responsibility for safeguarding.
