This online interactive session Rippon will share her own leadership journey. 

This session will: 
•    Enhance leadership skills through lessons learned from personal experiences. 
•    Create a safe space where challenging issues can be discussed within a confidential and supportive environment. 
•    Offer an opportunity to connect with others across the leadership networks that support their personal journeys.

This masterclass is exclusively for members of the NHS Confederation's leadership networks which include the BME Leadership Network, Health and Care Women Leaders Network and Health and Care LGBTQ+ Leaders Network.
