Join our annual conference on 3 December to explore good practice in partnership working to support the Midlands and East workforce to deliver the ten year plan for health.

This event is for staff side and HR colleagues working across the Midlands and East. This includes regional trade union colleagues, local trade union colleagues from a JNCC, senior HR colleagues, employer or HR colleagues from a JNCC.

The aim is for attendance of approximately 50/50 split between staff side and HR colleagues. The event aims to provide space for up to two colleagues from each NHS employer from local JNCCs, shared between staff and management side. To maximise the number of NHS employers represented, the organisers may need to manage delegate bookings to support these aims.
