This online interactive session will address the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deliver and bring about high quality and safe care and lasting change and improvement – from ensuring all staff are trained and well led, to fostering improvement and innovation which leads to better health and care outcomes.

This masterclass is exclusively for members of the NHS Confederation's leadership networks which include the BME Leadership Network, Health and Care Women Leaders Network and Health and Care LGBTQ+ Leaders Network.
